Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. If an order is placed after 3pm Monday-Friday, your items will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm, it will be shipped out the following Monday. Tracking numbers will be sent to you after the items are shipped. 

Please allow 7 to 14 business days from time of purchase, for processing body care items. Since your order is made fresh, and in small batches, please give us this time to customize and create your items with quality and great care.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days from time of purchase (sometimes longer), for copper customs, and waist bead orders to be processed, completed, and shipped out. We work diligently to customize your orders and depending on the order amount, and other orders placed, it may take more time to get complete and shipped out.

**If you are purchasing body care and waist beads together, your processing time may be up to 7 to 14 business days after purchase for your order to be processed, completed and shipped out. Our body care items are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness, and our waist beads are handmade and customized for each client individually and with care.

If you are ordering for a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding, holiday, etc., please order at least 3 weeks or more, in advance, to ensure your order is processed and shipped out in time.
